National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: This is national helpline/lifeline for those in distress. To make this resource more easily available, the number changed from 800-273-TALK to the 3-digit They also provide prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved one. They offer online chat as well. That can be accessed at the top right corner of the homepage.
