Students are permitted to wear APPROPRIATE Halloween costumes to school on Friday.
Please remember that the school's standard dress code must be followed at all times, even when wearing a costume.
No face masks or paint that covers the entire face. We need to be able to clearly identify all students for safety.
No inflatable costumes. The costume should not stop your student from doing classwork or moving safely in the hallways
Shoes must always be worn.
Costumes must be respectful of all ages. Please avoid anything that is too revealing, sexual, or comes with inappropriate props.
No Weapons or Excessive Gore/Violence. Costumes that show violence, alcohol, or drugs are not permitted. No fake or real weapons are allowed at school.
Be respectful of others. Costumes that could be offensive or make fun of a person's culture, gender, heritage, or religion are not permitted.
Dressing up is optional. If a student’s costume does not follow these simple rules, they will be asked to modify it or change into regular clothing.
